Charge Direction for Golden Key Service

Our guest won¡¯t be charged if the problem can be solved in our hotel and also for free, it¡¯s our pleasure. We will charge you as below for outside service.

A¡¢Taking &sending goods in this city, the guest will be charged the round-way taxi expense &RMB 30 for Golden Key service. (Except 16:00 everyday for regular time for sending mails.)
B¡¢As to purchasing goods , if the location is not nearby, the guest will be charged the round-way taxi fee & RMB 30 for Golden Key service. If the goods is not so expensive and the price is also lower than RMB100, you won¡¯t need to pay the service charge.
C¡¢As to developing photographs , the guest will be charged as the price we provided in the hotel. For urgent services the guest will be charged by other price .
D¡¢As to sending parcels , if the goods is less than 5Kilos,the guest will be charged for the sending expense &RMB20 for service charge; if the goods is between 5 and 10 kilos the guest will be charged for the sending expense &RMB30 for service charge; if the goods 5kilos more for once the guest will pay another RMB10.
E¡¢Booking rooms in another city(using long-distance call in the business center), the guest will pay the telephone charge.
F¡¢Developing name cards , ordinary paper (100 pieces) , the guest will be charged RMB 25 for one side &one color, increasing one side or one color, the guest will pay another RMB 10. For urgent service the guest will be charged as other price .
G¡¢The guest will be charged for tickets booking as the hotel current policy .
